Cairn Construction Inc. is focused on environmental protection, improvement and the sustainable building processes. We work closely with a number of Architects and Designers whose expertise on ‘green’ technologies and sustainable design, is aligned with our company’s ideals. When sustainable construction is specified, we conduct a ‘green’ planning meeting, and examine ways to reduce our impact and improve the projects overall environmental goals. We then outline our findings. We consider this a critical part of operating our business, with no price premium to the Client.

   Waste reduction.
   Construction recycling.
   Reduction of materials used.
   Re-use of materials
   Use of certified sustainable lumber.
   Use of alternative low-impact materials.
   Use of low-toxicity materials.
